- Chitika
- Adbrite
- Bidvertiser
- Infolinks
Now lets have an overview at what the above four have to offer;
- Chitika: Started in 2007, it now already has a network of 50,000 publishers and many loyal advertisers. Many publishers have experienced putting the Chitika code along with Adsense, generates more revenue and does not have effect on the number of clicks on G-ads. These guys have many ad layouts and I used their 468x60 eminimalls banner for my Techdynamite blog. They pay $10 via Paypal and $50 via check. They do have a referral program(the link to Chitika is not my affiliate link). I will keep you all updated with how Chitika perform on my blog.
- Adbrite: Adbrite is better for any blog and for those blogs who have a decent traffic, as they pay both for clicks and impressions(impressions only for banner ads). They pay $10 via Paypal and $50 via Check. The only thing that seems to be frustating is that most of the time they don't have relevant ads to show and while setting up zones on the site, each time you need to fill out the description forms for your site.
- Bidvertiser: This is similar to Google adsense and seem to have almost the same types of advertisements Google have to offer for their publishers. They pay $10 via Paypal which is not the case with Adsense or they pay $50 via Check. (Update 19 July, 2009: Today Bidvertiser emailed me saying that they have launched a new referral program which is very lucrative. You can now get commissions to sign up people under you. Here's a quote from the email
When a user signs as an advertiser and first spends $10, we'll credit your account with $5. When that same advertiser spends $50, you will be credited with an additional $20.
)
When a user signs as a publisher and first earns $10, we'll credit your account with $10. When that same publisher earns $50, you will be credited with an additional $40. - Infolinks: This new contextual advertisement service called Infolinks offers ads similar to Konterra. They claim to give away 70% of the advertising revenue back to publishers. The infolinks ads on my Techdynamite site are the ones with the texts double underlined.
I will keep you updated with how these monetization programs work for me and my blogs. So, it will be best if you subscribe to my RSS feed. That is how you will make money from home.

I hear AdBright is a good one. Don't know much about Chitika or Bidvertiser, however I have heard about them being much like AdSense.
Keep us updated on how they are doing.
I've been looking everywhere for information on this sort of thing. I'm glad to have finally found some legitimate knowledge. making money online can be difficult with all those scams out there. Thanks!
Kudos, Boney! 20 is not very far away from 40 yrs-old but I believe you will meet or exceed your retirement goal. I too love to write; I love working from home; and I too would love to earn a very good income online. Stay the course, Boney, and you will achieve your goal. The work you have already done is quite impressive. May the PEN be with you!
So far I have been using adsense and it is really not worth it because even in one year I have not reached that $100 mark.I have no idea when I will reach it.This information is certainly going to help me as I was not aware of these other money-making schemes.Thanks for updating my knowledge.
I had no idea that Google Adsense only paid $50 by check, that's a really high payout for people who have slow traffic websites. I was thinking about putting adsense on my website till I saw you had to be 18, bummer. I will look into it and see what the age limit is, thanks for blogging about it.
Still now i m not have any ideas about by making money thorugh this one . Thank you for giving me information like this . soon i m going to start this and earning . After that i will help for handicap and pooer peoples
hi friend thanks for posting this article.i am interested in joining these paid to click sites ..i am interested in joining adbrite..have u been paid by these sites...happy blogging ...do also visit my blog and write some comments..
Thanks!
Vinoth, to earn by Adsense or Adbrite, you need to have a very decents. I earn peanuts with this programs and so rely on active modes to make money.
its very interesting, but u know i have been follow like ptc and etc, but its very long time to get money.
I have heard that adbrite pays only cents per click. They do not have relevant ads to show most of the time. I think bidvertiser is a good one. Bidvertiser has a lot of ads to show and they pay decently. They pay via paypal, which is really good. Bidvertiser is a good alternative to adsense.
Yeah, Adbrite's better side is that they even pay per impression which can be a good source of monetisation for heavy traffic sites. Not for small blogs:(
Thanks for your comments!
i just know about adbrite and bidvertiser. the other two is new to me. thanks for the information. i really appreciate for sharing this with us. i will bookmark this page and come back to visit for any updates. thanks
Widgetbucks is also an adsense alternative. I haven't made any money yet because I am new to this site. They also pay for referrals which is a good thing. If You are interested in WidgetBucks, check out my blog. Thanks. :)
Hi there, you post about the PTC sites. which one is the best refer from your experience?? Some people says if the PTC sites is no good, is that true?
I read your article entitled "Get paid per click". It's a very informative article and I have learned a lot from it. I'm currently out of work (my choice) and just trying to make extra income by working on various online activities. Very good blog! Keep it up!
Since all this is new to me, I have found all this info very helpful. I am excited to give all four sites a try. How hard is it to reach the payout quota on these sites? How long of a time span would you say is average?
Humm... I will give these sites a try. Wishing for the best.
Hi there;
I like the versatility of your blog. It has given me a lot of ideas on how to make money through blogging. I have a question though: These ads, Chitika, Adbrite, Bidvertise, and Infolinks... are these available to Canadian users?
Thanks and keep it up!
If you are a Canadian, then all the programs are available for you. Not only you, but for all internationally. Chitika mostly targets the US market and I highly recommend if you get US traffic to your blog.
Thanks for passing this information..will try this, wish i could earn alot here...Cheers !!
